  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Panduan Penulis

In writing a manuscript in the journal "Community Service Journal of Indonesia" there are several conditions that every author should follow, including:

    1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
    2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
    3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
    4. The text is double-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
    5. Manuscripts should be written in English.
    6. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
    7. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

 

In addition to the provisions above, the authors are expected to compile articles that will be submitted according to the structure set by the editorial team, including:

Abstract: The contents of the information regarding community service at a glance have been carried out, especially at a glance information related to the background that is the reason for the activity needs to be held, the time of the implementation of activities, the objectives of the activity, the process of carrying out activities from preparation to a brief evaluation of the activities, the number of participants attend the implementation of activities, and keywords (minimum 3 words).

Introduction: Related to the reasons underlying the community service activities that have been carried out by the author, as much as possible also included supporting data to strengthen the reasons of the author.

Objectives: It consists of General Purpose and Specific Purposes of community service activities undertaken by the authors.

Plan of Action: In the Plan of Action contains several things, including:

    1. Strategy Plan: It contains things that are planned by the authors before the implementation of the activity, so that the activity can be carried out properly.
    2. Implementation: It contains everything that is done by the author until the activities planned by the writer are carried out. This implementation can be in the form of an implementation of a strategy plan.
    3. Setting: In the setting, the authors are expected to explain where the activities will be carried out.
    4. Target: Contains the population of the activities of the authors.

Results and Discussion: In this section, the authors are expected to explain the implementation of community service activities that have been carried out by the authors until the achievement of these activities. This section can originate from structural evaluation, process evaluation, and evaluation of the results of activities.

Conclusion: In this section, the authors are expected to write about the final conclusions of the implementation of community service activities that have been carried out by the authors. This part can be the achievement of these activities.
