This activity carries the theme "Oral Care". Increasing the level of knowledge, attitudes, and skills of students regarding oral and dental health will change their behavior towards healthy living so that optimal dental and oral health degrees can be achieved. The long-term impact of this activity is that by improving the health quality of students, it is hoped that they can improve their academic achievement. This counseling activity was held on January 21, 2023, at SDN Dukuhsari 2 Jabon Sidoarjo. This activity was carried out by a team consisting of one lecturer and seven students. The participants in this activity were all 1<sup>st</sup>&nbsp; and 2<sup>nd</sup>&nbsp; graders at this elementary school, which totaled 39 students. One of the areas where hypertension cases are still high is South Kalimantan. The elderly need internal and external support as a preventive measure to avoid further consequences of hypertension. The role of cadres in this case is very important to provide education about hypertension in the elderly. Community service was carried out with the aim of improving the quality of cadres in the care of the elderly, especially those suffering from hypertension, whose activities were carried out on 26 May 2023. The participants in this activity were 15 cadres and 40 elderly people. The activities were carried out for 3 weeks. The first week, the cadres were trained in gerontic care. The second week, the elderly hypertension and their families were counseled during the implementation of the DIARII programme. The third week, the elderly gymnastics activities were carried out. Stress, although often considered detrimental, can actually have a positive impact on an individual's performance and achievement if faced in the right levels. Studies show that appropriate pressure can motivate individuals to achieve high achievements. Stimuli and perceptions have a role in shaping individual attitudes and behaviors in the workplace. In addition to pressure levels, positive perceptions of organizational support impact job performance and satisfaction, while negative perceptions can lead to excess stress and burnout. Environmental, organizational, and individual factors influence perceptions of pressure or workload. Through writing articles in online mass media, this article explains how writing on platforms like Kumparan can be an effective tool in bridging stress and mental health issues in the workplace. This article not only provides information on the impact of stress and how to cope with it, but also encourages positive attitude and behavior change related to this issue. Article dissemination can be done through various channels, including one of them through social media, to reach a wider target audience. With a better understanding of the relationship between stimulus, perception, and pressure, this article helps in creating a balanced work environment and supports the well-being, productivity, and quality of life of employees. Increased nutritional needs in the body that are not met while in the womb can result in various nutritional problem such as low birth weight, malnutrition, iron deficiency. The completeness of nutritional elements in food is often experienced by toddlers as having an impact on stunting, one of the influencing factors is the mother’s knowledge about the nutritional adequacy of toddlers and how to process food as <em>Makanan Pendamping Air Susu Ibu</em> (MPASI, weaning food) ingredients. The most common commodities in Srigonco village are green bananas, tuna, and red spinach but these commodities&nbsp; are sold at the Bantur market and families only eat rice, salt and crackers. In April 2023 survey through cadres, there were 30 stunted children. The solution offered is in the form of training, mother’s assistance for 3 months in making daily food menu variants using natural ingredients in Srigonco village with the combination of green bananas, tuna, and red spinach as MPASI which are adapted to the child age group. The typical nature of teenagers is that they have a great sense of curiosity, like adventure and challenges and tend to be brave enough to take risks in their actions without prior careful consideration. If the decisions taken in dealing with conflict are inappropriate, they will fall into risky behaviour and may have to suffer short-term and long-term consequences in various physical and psychosocial health problems. The nature and risky behaviour of adolescents requires the availability of caring adolescent health services that can meet the health needs of adolescents, including services for reproductive health. The aim of this community service activity is to increase teenagers' knowledge about preventing teenage pregnancy so that it can reduce the incidence of teenage pregnancy. This health education was carried out via online zoom meeting. This activity is education about preventing pregnancy in teenagers targeting high school and vocational school students in the Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik regions Education attended by 122 teenagers. Before the counselling was carried out, questionnaires were distributed online via Google form. Results were obtained from 122 participants consisting of 54 (44%) high school students, while 68 (56%) were students, of which 13 (10%) % had not received Sex education. And after conducting health education, it was found that 105 (86%) of respondents' knowledge data was good. The influence of the environment, social media, cultural acculturation, and adolescent knowledge is one of the causes of promiscuous sexual behavior. A lousy environment has the potential to cause the emergence of various diseases, especially in Islamic boarding school environments. This community service aims to create an environmental awareness movement among Islamic boarding school students and female students to reduce the environmental impact on health in PP. Al Fitrah Assalafiyah Surabaya. This community service uses a descriptive analysis approach. PKM partners are 40 PP students and female students. PP. Alfitrah Assalafiyah Surabaya. Activities involve a lecture, discussion, and question-and-answer approach. As a result of community service, it is known that students can follow counseling well from start to finish. A total of 40 students arrived on time and actively asked questions and discussed. At the end of the event, a symbolic handover of recyclable waste bins was carried out as a symbol of the environmental awareness movement for Islamic boarding school students and female students. Currently, the use of Indonesian herbal plants is only limited to being used as cooking spices and has not been optimally used as medicine to increase the body's endurance. The aim of this community service activity is as an effort to prevent disease by increasing the body's immunity after the Covid-19 pandemic. The method applied in this community service activity is community empowerment in the use of herbal plants to improve the immune system in Simo Angin - Angin village, Wonoayu District through the stages of lectures, demonstrations and collaboration. The target participants were PKK women from Simo Angin-angin Village, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency, a total of 30 people. The results obtained were counseling and education on the benefits of Indonesian herbal plants using posters and brochures. The results of the community empowerment activities in Simo Angin-angin village are through making herbal plants as drinks in the form of herbal medicine to increase the body's immunity. Participants can understand the potential of herbal plants to be processed into drinks that can be consumed to maintain health after Covid-19. The conclusion is that the PKK women in Simo Angin-angin Village, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency know how to prevent disease by using Indonesian herbal plants and producing herbal drink concoctions to increase the body's immunity. Because of this, it's essential to enhance nurses' professional skills through workshops and training. Enhancing nurses' capacity to deliver nursing interventions grounded in Evidence-Based Nursing Practice is the goal of this activity. The EBNP workshop is used to carry out the activity approach. The nurses at Dr. RSUD are participants in this activity, or one of its strategic target audiences. There were thirty persons in Sososdoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. The information is given through lectures, Q&amp;A sessions, practica, field research, literature reviews, and searches. Results and debate come in third. Prior to training, most people's initial understanding of EBNP was quite inadequate; up to 19 individuals (76%). After participating in training sessions that included talks and worksheets on EBNP, it was discovered that the number of participants who started off with very little understanding had increased by 12 (44%). However, the incidence of stunting still cannot be resolved optimally. One real effort to overcome the problem of stunting is to empower the community itself. In implementing this community empowerment activity, the PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) method is used because this method emphasizes the full involvement of partner communities in the program to be carried out. The three program priorities that will be implemented are providing additional food (PMT) to stunted toddlers and toddlers as well as pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency (KEK), increasing knowledge of partner communities through information communication and education (KIE) activities for target groups, and economic empowerment. family. The aim of implementing this activity is to provide assistance and trigger partner communities in overcoming the stunting problem that occurs. A total of 16 people attended the Ecoprint Workshop, and 15 people attended catfish cultivation training. This community service is carried out because fires often occur in residential areas. Socialization on fire prevention and control measures in Srigonco Village, Malang is a form of education and practice which aims to provide an understanding of the factors that cause fires, how to prevent and control them so that it is hoped that participants can prevent fires from occurring and extinguish fires using modern or traditional fire extinguishers. The activity was held on August 24<sup>th</sup>, 2023 at the Srigonco Malang Village Hall. The targets are health cadres, UKK cadres and rescue teams. Before carrying out the activity, 2 month preparation process was carried out, starting from selecting materials to submitting permits to the relevant parties. The results of the evaluation of activities attended by 24 participants showed that participants participated in the activities enthusiastically and conducively, and the activities were carried out smoothly and on time. There was an increase in participants' knowledge from an average score of 60 to 95. Efforts to improve nutritional status must begin as early as possible, precisely starting from the fetal life period. This period is the early period of life when you are still in the womb until the first 2 years of life. The focus of handling nutritional problems is to prevent malnutrition which is a major health problem in toddlers because it can hinder the growth and development process during the First 1000 Days of Life. There is a need for knowledge regarding stunting in teenagers because teenage girls will face the pregnancy period which is important in preventing stunting. This counseling was carried out in Srigonco Village, Malang Regency. The target of this community service is all junior high school students from grade 7 to grade 9. Prior to carrying out extension activities, there is a process of preparing activities for approximately four weeks prior to implementation activities, starting from determining the type of extension to applying for permits to related parties.
