Spatial analysis is one of the analytical techniques for managing diarrhoea data and helping the government formulate policies.

Objectives: This study aims to detect the spatial autocorrelation of diarrhoea in East Java using the Moran's Index.

Methods: This study was non-reactive. This study used secondary data sourced from the 2021 East Java Health Profile. The population in the study was all districts/cities in East Java. The sampling technique was carried out by total sampling. The research sample was 38 districts/cities. Data analysis through mapping and spatial autocorrelation detection.

Results: Mapping of diarrhoea showed that out of 38 districts/cities, there were 13 areas with a category of high diarrhoea, 12 areas with a category of moderate diarrhoea, and 13 areas with a category of low diarrhoea. The significance value of Moran's I test was obtained at 0.03 (<α=0.05). There were three areas included in the High-High category, one area included in the Low-Low category, and three areas included in the Low-High category.

Conclusion: The diarrhoea in districts/cities in East Java Province could affect the diarrhoea in adjacent districts/cities. The existence of spatial autocorrelation in diarrhoea should be a serious concern for all elements, both the government and the people of East Java. We need further research to identify factors affecting diarrhoea in East Java.
2023-04-08T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2023 International Conference of Kerta Cendekia https://ejournal-kertacendekia.id/index.php/ICKC/article/view/494 IMPACT OF BURNOUT SYNDROME ON INTENTION TO LEAVE AMONG NURSE AT X HOSPITAL GRESIK 2023-07-14T17:34:06+08:00 Mira Melynda Prakosa miramelyndaprakosa@gmail.com Nisa Dewanti miramelyndaprakosa@gmail.com
Background: Turnover of nurse was still a challenge and concern for nursing and hospital management. This is because hypertension can be experienced by all residents of various age groups and has the potential to trigger other health problems.

Objective: This study aims to identify hypnotherapy as part of the application of mind body therapy in hypertension sufferers.

Design: This study is a literature review. Data Sources (include search dates): Researchers use the Google Scholar database to search articles. The range of years of publication of articles used is between 2013-2022. The search keywords used to find articles related to the theme of this study were influence, effectiveness, hypnotherapy, and hypertension.

Review Methods: The author uses a systematic review method in accordance with the PRISMA stages which include identification, screening, inclusion and feasibility of the article findings which are then analyzed.

Results: From the results of the review of the articles conducted, it was found that the provision of hypnotherapy interventions will help hypertensive patients to control their blood pressure. The application of hypnotherapy has an effective effect on reducing blood pressure in people with hypertension. Hypnotherapy is carried out by guiding hypertension sufferers to enter a trance state (relaxation of mind) and after a relaxed state is reached, the subconscious mind will open so that one can accept positive suggestions easily. When a hypertensive patient is in a trance state, the body will produce endorphins which produce a comfortable and relaxed sensation. In a relaxed state, an autonomic nervous response will occur, causing a decrease in blood pressure.

Conclusion: Hypnotherapy is a part of mind body therapy, which is a type of complementary therapy that can be applied to help hypertensive patients control their blood pressure to keep it in optimal condition.
2023-04-26T21:04:16+08:00 Copyright (c) 2023 International Conference of Kerta Cendekia https://ejournal-kertacendekia.id/index.php/ICKC/article/view/519 TISANE CELERY AS A NON-MEDICAL THERAPY IN HYPERTENSION PATIENTS 2023-07-14T17:33:39+08:00 Indrawati Indrawati indrawatiindah85@gmail.com Yulianto Yulianto indrawatiindah85@gmail.com
Background: An increase in the number of people with hypertension in Indonesia will indirectly make the burden of health financing higher and a decrease in Indonesia's human resources itself. Articles that meet the criteria will be reviewed to record the potential of celery as a non-medical therapy for hypertension sufferers.

Results: Celery contains flavonoids, saponins, tannins, essential oils, flavo-glucosides (apiin), apigenin, phytosterols, choline, lipases, pthalides, asparagine, bitter substances, vitamins (A, B and C) and alkaloids. Antihypertension in celery comes from apigenin which is contained in celery. Apigenin itself is the main flavonoid in celery, this compound can lower blood pressure through blocking Ca2+ channels (calcium antagonists). Based on the results of the explanation above, it can be concluded that celery leaves can be used as a non-medical therapy for people with hypertension.

Conclusion: Celery leaves have been shown to have the potential to be developed and utilized as a non-medical therapy for hypertension sufferers. This progress is included in all aspects of human life, especially the world of education. The use of information technology in the world of education is the use of the internet in searching for learning materials and learning methods online. Online learning is increasingly popular with the Covid-19 pandemic, where government policy encourages students to study online with certain applications. Online and offline learning, educators and students need communication to transfer knowledge and skills according to the material being studied. Often this communication becomes an obstacle in the teaching and learning process. This problem arises from educators and students.

Objectives: The purpose of this research is to identify the effectiveness of communication in supporting the learning environment.

Methods: This research method is qualitative using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) method with 10 participants.

Results: The results of this study obtained six categories, namely flexible; creative; concern; respect others; learning system and communication context. From these categories three major themes were obtained, namely good behavior, good attitude and coordination. From these three themes, one big theme is produced, namely effective learning.

Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that effective learning is formed by good attitudes and behavior and then supported by coordination from various related parties. When coordinating or collaborating, it is expected that you also use language or communicate well. This good communication is not only spoken verbally but is practiced non-verbally with mutual respect and care for one another. In a system there will be problems because it deals with humans.
